1.2. Our primary and fastest delivery regions are:
– Latvia
– Lithuania
– Estonia

2.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia):
– 1–3 business days after dispatch

Other EU countries:
– 3–7 business days after dispatch

4.1. In the Baltic region, we primarily use parcel locker delivery services (e.g., Omniva) for fast and convenient pickup.
4.2. For deliveries across the EU, we use trusted international courier partners.

5.1. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before completing your order.
5.2. Free shipping may be offered depending on order value, destination, or active promotions.

  1. Delivery Responsibility

7.1. Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the selected delivery location (e.g., parcel locker or address).
7.2. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

8.2. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at sokla@sokla.eu with photos and details.
8.3. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
